What is Zelensky's strategy for Ukraine's conflict with Russia?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in the U.S. to attend the UN General Assembly and will pitch his "victory plan" to Western allies, notably President Biden, to bolster Ukraine's position against Russia's ongoing invasion. The plan, aimed at shifting the battlefield dynamics to compel Russia to negotiate, includes seeking enhanced security guarantees, more military aid, and permission to use powerful missiles. Zelensky also seeks a NATO invite for Ukraine. The U.S. response, especially on increased aid, is uncertain due to divided public opinion in America. Zelensky fears a rejection from Biden could prolong the conflict with devastating consequences.
