Vienna authorities have apprehended a third teenager in connection to the foiled terrorist plot targeting a Taylor Swift concert. The 18-year-old, linked to the main suspect, is believed to have communicated with the plotters and recently pledged allegiance to the Islamic State. All three of Swift's scheduled concerts were canceled following the arrests of two teenagers. The Austrian Chancellor expressed that the plot aimed to cause significant harm. Investigations are ongoing, but the police have stated that there is no immediate danger. The main suspect, a 19-year-old Austrian with North Macedonian heritage, was found to have self-radicalized online and possessed bomb-making materials. Approximately 200,000 Swift fans were impacted by the cancellations, and a 15-year-old initially held for questioning has been released as a witness. Ms. Swift has not publicly addressed the cancellations.
